General Summary
As a Supervisor, you will help train, support and motivate your team as they handle dispatch requests
and provide support for technicians. You will assist in hiring and training dispatchers, monitoring your
team’s progress and coaching them to achieve a high level of performance and productivity.
Primary Responsibilities:
Ensuring agents understand and comply with all department objectives, performance standards,
and policies.
Answering dispatch questions regarding best practices or difficult requests
Identifying operational issues and suggesting possible improvements.
Monitoring and evaluating agent performance, providing learning or coaching opportunities, and
taking corrective action, if necessary.
Preparing reports and analyzing data to assist management
Provides guidance, support and mentoring for team members, both operationally and personally
in order to ensure the performance of the team and the service served.
