The Channel Technical Service Engineer team at Apple works with our reseller and managed service partners to help ensure their ability to deliver on the promise of the Apple platform in Enterprise and have the resources and knowledge to meet our mutual customer’s needs. We tackle technical and business problems with our partners to ensure success for both Apple and its customers. We provide both technical sales and service delivery consultations to ensure our partners are prepared to deliver best-in-class Apple practices and solutions for Enterprise customers at scale, with the goal of transforming the way people work. Travel is required up to 40%. This position is not limited to listed location.
