**Position: Field Technical Spt** **Location: Irving TX** **Duration: 24 months** **Pay Rate: $32/hr on W2** **We are looking for a** **Field Technical Spt** **to join one of our Fortune 500 clients.** **Job Summary** We are seeking a skilled professional with strong mechanical and technical aptitude to troubleshoot and repair hardware, including printers and related systems. The role requires excellent customer service, decision-making, and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently while adhering to company policies and standards. **Key Responsibilities** + Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues. + Balance and prioritize multiple tasks while maintaining customer satisfaction. + Build strong customer relationships through effective communication. + Manage administrative tasks with attention to detail. + Provide technology solutions aligned with customer needs and contractual commitments. **Requirements** + High school diploma (or equivalent); hardware technology training preferred, college a plus. + Experience in technical/mechanical hardware repair. + Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in physically demanding conditions. + Flexibility for overtime, holidays, and shifts as required. + Professional demeanor with business attire (black slacks and blue collared shirt). + Onsite customer-facing experience. **We are looking for the candidate who are eligible to work with any employers without sponsorship.** If you’re interested, please click **“Apply”** button.
