General Description : The Human Resource (HR) Associate is responsible for obtaining, recording, and interpreting human resources information within the company. Manage company human resources records and ensure timely service delivery of the HR processes. ​Work Schedule and Arrangement: Graveyard Shift ; Office-based Setup  Office Location : 8th floor Skyrise 4B Building, IT Park, Lahug, Cebu City, Cebu . Responsibilities : + Managing HR records including, résumés, applicant logs, and employee forms. + Issuing employment contracts and verifying completion. + Issuing new employees with enrollment documents. + Conducting employee orientations. + Explaining employee benefits. + Responding to HR-related queries within the company. + Maintaining employee information confidentiality. + Assisting with the distribution of training material.
