US HR Generalist

The US HR Specialist supports US HR processes including onboarding, LOAs, benefits administration and compliance, terminations, corrective action, and similar. Needs to be familiar with US employment processes, attention to detail, ability to multitask and shift priorities. With experience in a high volume call center preferred but not required. Responsibilities This includes fielding AskHere questions that come from employees and managers, coming up to speed on our processes for onboarding, offboarding, corrective action, leaves of absence and benefits processing. Need to be familiar with HRIS - Paycom is easy to learn but they need to have experience in ADP, Kronos, Peoplesoft, Bamboo HR. Need to be familiar with communicating and interacting with US and PH management level as well as employees. Need to have experience working virtually whether it’s WFH or just supporting groups globally. Strong interaction/interpersonal skills and ability to communicate in writing and verbally professionally. Customer-centric mindset – culturally our team supports internal customers. Have to be collaborative and resourceful. Need to understand principles of these processes (and US laws) and be able to apply the concepts to individual employee scenarios. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Psychology, is an advantage but is not required. Must have at least 2 years of experience in Human Resources; at least 1 year in the Payroll and Benefits Administration. Proficient personal computer skills, including Microsoft Office. Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills. Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality. Ability to complete work with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. Willing to work on a graveyard shift
