**Your Role & Impact:**
As a **Machinist** , you will play a pivotal role in operating and maintaining state-of-the-art machining equipment to produce high-quality parts that meet or exceed customer specifications. You will be responsible for ensuring smooth operations, minimizing downtime, and consistently delivering exceptional results. Your attention to detail and troubleshooting skills will be critical to meeting production goals and ensuring the highest standards of quality.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Operate and maintain machining equipment to produce parts according to blueprints and work instructions.
+ Perform quality checks on parts to ensure they meet or exceed quality standards.
+ Troubleshoot and resolve machining issues to minimize downtime and ensure continuous production flow.
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize production schedules and meet customer demands.
+ Run multiple machines simultaneously while ensuring each part is produced to exact specifications.
+ Utilize precision measuring equipment to inspect parts and ensure accuracy.
+ Follow all HS&E safety guidelines and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
+ Demonstrate the 8 Honeywell Behaviors every day to ensure a culture of collaboration and excellence.
**Required Qualifications:**
+ **Minimum 2 years of CNC Lathe experience.**
+ Proficient in operating CNC lathes and interpreting blueprints and work instructions.
+ Familiarity with lathe tooling and CNC Lathe program codes.
+ Strong knowledge of precision measuring equipment and part inspection.
+ Ability to troubleshoot and resolve machining issues efficiently.
+ Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
+ Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet production goals.
+ Willingness to work **second shift** (14:30 to 23:00) with training on **day shift** (06:00 to 14:30).
+ Commitment to safety and following all HS&E guidelines.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
+ Previous experience working in a machining or manufacturing environment.
+ Additional experience with other CNC equipment or machining processes is a plus.

**Pay Details:** $25.00 per hour
