To support your technical development, you’ll have the opportunity to work in a variety of technical tracks, such as Cloud Ops, Product Management, AI, Software Development, XD and more. Graduates will complete role-based projects and will acquire technical expertise through individual technical learning development plans. 𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐰𝐢𝐥𝐥 𝐦𝐚𝐤𝐞 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐬𝐮𝐜𝐜𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐟𝐮𝐥? We’re open to different degree disciplines, however there are a few skills and experiences that will help you thrive. We’re looking for the following: • Ideally a degree in either Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Science, Human Computer Interaction, Cognitive Psychology, Human Factors, Mathematics, or other related fields. • Tech skills, such as coding experience, but we’re not set on a specific coding language (as we have many products), just bring a strong willingness to learn. • A demonstrable passion for tech, with skills to match. • An inquisitive mind to help you solve problems. • A keen eye for detail. • Resilient and determined, able to thrive in a fast paced, changing environment. • Effective communication skills, to help you collaborate with people from across the world. • Be happy to work from one of our offices a minimum of three days per week, so you will need to live (or be willing to relocate) within an easily commutable distance 𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐜𝐚𝐧 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐞𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐜𝐭 𝐟𝐫𝐨𝐦 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐜𝐞𝐬𝐬? 1.
