Other duties not listed here may be assigned as necessary to ensure the proper operations of the department and the business._ **US Sales and Trading Analyst** The purpose of this role is toassistsenior level sales and traders in their daily responsibilities including, but not limited to, interaction with internal and external clients and providing detailed market analysis. **Role Responsibilities:** + Analysts will be expected to work and develop as part of the team on a specific desk with training and development supported by the firm. + Rates – Help clients manage key market risk exposures in US rates via cash, swaps, derivative,volatilityandfinancing + CreditMarkets – Support capital markets via secondary credit markets and client risk transfer in US investment grand high yieldcredits + ForeignExchange – Support clients dealing with the largest financial market in the world withnearly $7 trilliontraded daily. Clients transact in the world’s currencies as well as convert for international trade settlements andinvestments + Desk assignments will bedeterminedattimeof offer. **Role Requirements:** + Strong interpersonalskills + Outstandingteamworkand communication skills + Keeninterest in financial markets, research,politicsand/orpolicy + Proactiveapproach to work with good organizational capabilities and high attention todetail + Strongpresentation and interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of ateam + Desire and ability to work in an entrepreneurial environment within the structure of a large global bank **Role Qualifications:** + FINRA SIE, Series 7, Series 63 and potentially Series 3 examinations (to be obtained, with firm support, upon joining NatWestMarkets) + UniversityDegree The expected base annual salary range for this position is $95,000 - $100,000 at the start of employment. This is not a guarantee of compensation. The exact compensation isdeterminedonan individualized basis and may vary based on skills, experience, training licensure,certificationsand location.
