This is where you and your skills come in. We’re currently looking for a Senior Technical Recruiter

The Senior Technical Recruiter will deliver professional work overseeing a range of Technical Recruiting functions related to sourcing and pipeline building, candidate interview and evaluation and collaboration with internal and external recruiting partners especially with the US recruiting team and hiring managers. The right candidate has the capacity to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and adaptable to changing priorities.

Full Cycle Recruiting. End to end management of recruitment processes for various technical roles specific to Global Hiring Requirements.

Sourcing and Pipeline Building. Build and manage strong candidate pipelines through the use of job boards, and innovative and inclusive sourcing strategies. Identify hiring requirements in the company and build a recruitment framework to ensure the continuous inflow of technical candidates for open positions

Interview and Evaluation. Create and oversee the proper functioning of the hiring process by participating in talent sourcing, application evaluation and interviewing

Collaboration and Communication. Partner with regular and sourcing recruiters and hiring managers to create sourcing strategies and processes to identify, evaluate and recommend technical experts

To succeed in this role you must have the following:

4-5+ years of experience in US full cycle recruitment for technical or non-technical recruiting role, preferably in an RPO set-up

Experience in strategic candidate sourcing and management for technical roles, preferred 

With high level of written and verbal communication

Desired Qualifications:

Sourcing Skills  - proactively identify, contact, and engage both technical and non-technical candidates for current and future opportunities through the traditional and innovative sourcing techniques. Hands on experience in recruiting technical and non-technical US base positions

Behavioral Interview Skills - conduct interview using the structured method

Communication Skills - high level of written and verbal communication skills; ability to interact with US-based candidates

Stakeholder management - ability to work across functions with peers in other groups to ensure collaboration for shared goals.  

Negotiation skills - to discuss the salary to qualified candidates during the offer stage and ensure higher conversion through negotiation

Reporting and Analytics  - Solid proficiency in MS Office suite especially MsExcel, mail merge, Google Docs, very keen on details and organized

Integrity - high degree of confidentiality to manage sensitive and privileged information of candidates and stakeholders

Experience with using CRM and ATS software, such as Workday or similar tools

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business or a related field is required

Willing to work on night shift (11:00 pm - 8:00 am) and amenable to work even during PH holiday

Willing to work on hybrid setup (10-11 days in office per month, Cubao or Ortigas)
