This is where you and your skills come in. We’re currently looking for a US Sourcing Specialist.
 

To succeed in this role you must have experience in: 

Supervise maintenance, review, and update of recruitment database

Attend meetings, conferences, and other appointments related to recruitment

Ensure strict compliance with recruitment standards and strategic recruitment process in place

Resolve issues relating to contracts, grievances, and conflicts related to recruitment

Responsible for the delivery of high-quality end-to-end recruitment service

Provide appropriate sourcing strategies

Proactively source candidate resume through advertising, company database, internet database searching, and candidate networking

Assess recruitment specialists’ work on finding qualified aspirant and efficiency in the recruitment process

Deliver an outstanding recruitment service resulting in reduced costs, better hiring decisions, improved applicant experience, efficiency in process, and higher profit

Ensure high-quality manpower planning

Coordinate with recruitment specialists and managers in regard to applicants’ interview schedule, job offer negotiation, and background checks

Design and review application forms and other recruitment-related HR documents

Perform job assessments and reviews of subordinate’/s’ efficiency

Supports team in handling high volume requisitions

Provide a high-quality client-management approach

Set-up interviews with clients

Build and develop new relationships and negotiate terms or business with external clients

Plan, recommend, audit, evaluate, assess, coordinate, and undertake company activities related to recruitment

  

Desired Qualifications: 

Proficient in English and has the skills to make cold calls

Proactive in establishing a relationship with candidates and our partners

Should have at least 1-2 years work experience handling technical and non-technical requisitions

Confident in verbal and written communication channels

Professional written communication and marketing skills

Amenable to work in a hybrid environment and Pacific time

Proficient in using LinkedIn (Boolean Search) and other networking techniques
