Accounting Expertise:

Broad knowledge of ASC 740 (Accounting for Income Taxes) with specialized expertise in the impact of international tax provisions  Review and preparation of tax provisions, deferred tax assets/liabilities, and uncertain tax positions related to international operations

Tax Expertise:

Prepare and/or review annual income tax federal and state returns for C Corporations and Pass-Through entities with experience in reviewing and preparing Forms 5471, 8858, 8865 and 1118 Technical Expertise in US International Taxation Deep understanding of US income taxation of corporations, including corporate reorganizations, mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures BENEFITS & PERKS
