TDM Manager

Experience - 10 to 14 Years

Preferred Knowledge/Skills:

Demonstrates extensive abilities and/or a proven record of success as a team leader in test methodologies and integration of business applications to achieve an efficient testing effort that delivers a quality system to its customers including the following areas:

· Architecting test data management solutions focusing on enhanced data provisioning capabilities, data integration and devising efficient TDM processes.

· Act as a technical expert in their field, focused on the technical aspects of TDM architecture, test data provisioning and maintenance.

· Work with other stakeholders like Test Managers, Infrastructure, Release managers, DBAs, Risk & Security teams, Application owners to capture and review test data requirements and test data provisioning techniques and plans.

· Enterprise TDM Assessment, Strategy development and E2E data flow analysis

· Data Modeling, Analyses & Data Discovery.

· Business rule identification, PII analysis/Masking/Sub-Setting process definition

· Extensive knowledge of Databases, Data Warehouses, Business Processes and related data flows and systems integrations.

· Hands-on TDM development and experience architecting solutions using Industry standard TDM tools like Broadcom TDM, Delphix, IBM Optim, GenRocket etc.

· Excellent knowledge of project management concepts.

· Excellent interpersonal skills with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

· Strong decision-making and leadership abilities.

· Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

· Data analysis with ability to write complex SQL statements including XML/JSON parsing.

TDM Framework:

· Provide a consistent and repeatable process to support multiple Applications including identifying data elements for masking in Applications, Data Reset and Update Process, develop TDM synthetic framework

· Production Database replication (Data Masking and Refresh)

· Integration with Service Virtualization, test automation tools for accelerated delivery

· API based data generation (Continuous testing, data through automation scripts)

TDM Approach:

· Develop & execute long term Enterprise Test Data Management Strategy

· Setup test data management process to implement across the testing projects

· Enable Self Service capability for testing teams to provision test data

· Good understanding of Cloud environments (AWS or Azure or Google Cloud Platform)

· Experience in integrating TDM Solutions into DevOps pipeline
