Broadridge is Growing! We are seeking a US Treasury Clearing engagement lead to join our team on contract basis in remote capacity. The successful candidate will have a combination of general program management consulting skills with an understanding of the US Treasury and repurchase agreement market as it related to the US Treasury rule change. They will be responsible for facilitating workshop session with subject matter knowledge and expertise on repurchase agreement processing, and various financial services industry clearing models, which includes regulatory and risk implications. Experience as a program manager for projects in fixed income, knowledge of the US Treasury rule and how it impacts a multi-entity, multi-product financial services firm that offers, and facilities clearing of US Treasury securities that are not cleared and settled via FICC that are subject to the rule change.
Work-Mode: This is a remote role where you will work off-site. Travel is limited and generally used for team learning and collaboration meetings.
Job Responsibilities:
Accounting:
Understanding of the trade lifecycle, the accounting events and the Balance Sheet impactUnderstanding of the treasury function and liquidity impact intra and end of day; specific to US Treasuries activitiesUnderstanding of the Balance Management process which includes attribution and transfer pricing.Risk Management
Understanding of the Risk identification process as well as managing control breaches and mitigating Operations/Financial risksUnderstand the operational process that impacts Liquidity and Financial risks .Communications:
