As our VP, Digital Standardization, you will be a critical executive working cross-functionally to design, launch, and scale highly advanced digital tools across our national customer base. This effort stands to significantly accelerate healthcare’s accessibility, affordability, and efficiency. Every day you will design, document, and deploy standardized RCM best-practice capabilities that result in revenue generation, cost savings, client value, and growth. The primary driver of these benefits will come from your partnership with engineers and operators on emerging AI tools including digital ontologies, large language models, automated workflow orchestration, and many more. In turn, you and your operating and engineering colleagues will deliver massive results at scale. To thrive in this role you must, you must have experience leading at an executive level in large and complex healthcare settings, preferably in the revenue cycle.
Here’s what you will experience working as a VP, Digital Standardization:
Partner with Executive-level operations and engineering counterparts to assess and prioritize use cases for advanced technology solutions
Leverage your product expertise to build cross-functional consensus on development programs that drive outsized results for customers
Oversee, cross-functionally coordinate, and deliver technology product roadmaps across numerous aspects of our healthcare revenue cycle operations
Work with client executive leadership collaboratively to drive adoption of standardized and highly sophisticated technology solutions
Gain executive client buy-in for intricate projects and initiatives
Required Skills:
10+ years of experience working on healthcare technology in executive-level roles with large and complex healthcare settings, preferably in or adjacent to the revenue cycle
Experience with products built on modern AI pipelines, LLMs, and ontologies is crucial
Exceptional leadership and organizational skills to support cross-functional teams through complex change are required
Background working with healthcare data such as 837s/835s, FHIR/CCDA, clinical documentation, etc. is crucial
For this US-based position, the base pay range is $197,760.00 - $254,682.40 per year .
