Financial Analysis is responsible for partnering across the firm to provide financial and strategic analysis, oversight, and coordination of budgeting and forecasting. Our Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) teams are responsible for a wide range of activities including financial control, forecasting and budgeting, analysis of financial/business metrics, delivery of weekly/monthly/quarterly management reporting, development of new reporting capabilities (e.g. dashboards), and advising the line of business Stakeholders on how to increase profitability and efficiencies.
As a Lending Financial Analysis Vice President within US Wealth Management, you are an integral part of our efforts to strategically support business partners, create efficiencies, maintain financial reporting and proactively manage risk. By providing information, analysis and recommendations to improve results and make decisions, our teams ensure the company can navigate all types of market conditions while protecting our fortress balance sheet. In this role, you will have responsibility for leading and coordinating the financial planning, forecasting, Comprehensive Capital Analysis & Review (CCAR) submissions, ad-hoc requests and reporting processes. This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment with frequent interaction with management as well as accountability for business cases.

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a subject of a technical nature 7+ years of work experience Financial Services and/or an accounting/controller background Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint Proficiency with data mining/gathering and manipulation of data sets Inquisitive, enthusiastic and diligent, and capable of challenging peers Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex issues clearly Highly motivated and able to thrive and think clearly under pressure and tight deadlines Team player with the ability to be respected as a trusted partner for the Business, Finance, and FP&A Teams Strong analytical and problem solving skills with ability to analyze large data sets and present conclusions conciselyPreferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
Essbase experience preferred.Candidates must be able to physically work in our Columbus, OH office 3 days a week and remotely from home 2 days per week. The specific schedule will be determined and communicated by direct management.
