USA IB, Financial Sponsors, IC6 Los Angeles, United States of America **Essential Functions/Responsibility Statements:** + Provide support to senior bankers across three industry coverage groups: Financial Sponsors, Real Estate, Gaming, Lodging & Leisure (“REGAL”), and Industrial Services + Develop client presentation materials and internal committee memorandums, including all background research, analysis, and drafting + Ownership of financial models and other financial analysis + Perform detailed valuation analysis, including LBO analysis, Discounted Cash Flow, Trading Comparables and Transaction Comparables + Support product partners and monitor entire execution process for transactions ensuring timely execution to meet client expectations + Adhere to compliance procedures and internal/operational risk controls in accordance with all applicable regulatory standards, requirements and policies **Qualifications:** To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
