**Essential Functions/Responsibility Statements:**
+ Provide support to senior bankers across three industry coverage groups: Financial Sponsors, Real Estate, Gaming, Lodging & Leisure (“REGAL”), and Industrial Services
+ Develop client presentation materials and internal committee memorandums, including all background research, analysis, and drafting
+ Ownership of financial models and other financial analysis
+ Perform detailed valuation analysis, including LBO analysis, Discounted Cash Flow, Trading Comparables and Transaction Comparables
+ Support product partners and monitor entire execution process for transactions ensuring timely execution to meet client expectations
+ Adhere to compliance procedures and internal/operational risk controls in accordance with all applicable regulatory standards, requirements and policies

**Education:**
+ Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent degree and/or equivalent work experience, in Finance, Business, or a related field.
**Work Experience:**
+ 1+ years of experience in Investment Banking or related Financial Services Industry (1-2 years)
+ Experience is preferred, but not mandatory, in any of our three coverage verticals (Financial Sponsors, REGAL, or Industrial Services)
**Skills and Abilities:**
+ Demonstrated knowledge of corporate finance and investment banking products
+ Expert comprehension of Excel and PowerPoint with advanced financial modeling skills
+ Strong critical thinking with the ability to develop solutions to complex challenges
+ Solid interpersonal skills, with crisp communication and an ability to express facts & ideas clearly (both verbally and in writing)
+ Ability to multi-task and coordinate across multiple teams
+ Intellectual curiosity and courage in leadership style
+ Team player and self-starter

Salary: $82,500 - $135,000/year
