Essential Functions/Responsibility Statements:

Provide support to senior bankers across three industry coverage groups: Financial Sponsors, Real Estate, Gaming, Lodging & Leisure (“REGAL”), and Industrial ServicesDevelop client presentation materials and internal committee memorandums, including all background research, analysis, and draftingOwnership of financial models and other financial analysisPerform detailed valuation analysis, including LBO analysis, Discounted Cash Flow, Trading Comparables and Transaction ComparablesSupport product partners and monitor entire execution process for transactions ensuring timely execution to meet client expectationsAdhere to compliance procedures and internal/operational risk controls in accordance with all applicable regulatory standards, requirements and policies

Education:

Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent degree and/or equivalent work experience, in Finance, Business, or a related field.

Work Experience:

1+ years of experience in Investment Banking or related Financial Services Industry (1-2 years)Experience is preferred, but not mandatory, in any of our three coverage verticals (Financial Sponsors, REGAL, or Industrial Services)

Skills and Abilities:

Demonstrated knowledge of corporate finance and investment banking productsExpert comprehension of Excel and PowerPoint with advanced financial modeling skillsStrong critical thinking with the ability to develop solutions to complex challengesSolid interpersonal skills, with crisp communication and an ability to express facts & ideas clearly (both verbally and in writing)Ability to multi-task and coordinate across multiple teamsIntellectual curiosity and courage in leadership styleTeam player and self-starter

The base pay range for this position is posted below and represents the annualized salary range. For hourly positions (non-exempt), the annual range is based on a 40-hour work week. The exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, training, licensure and certifications and location.

$82,500.00 USD

Maximum:

$135,000.00 USD
