What you’ll bring…
You have strong financial acumen and understand the drivers of financial metrics that impact the business.
You can perform analyses based on independent reasoning to draw appropriate conclusions.
You have experience in analyzing business and financial data and supporting the implementation and tracking of business plans.
You can identify savings opportunities and plan, make recommendations, and execute for moderately complex categories.
You ensure delivery against business goals by making recommendations to reduce risks to the business.
You can organize and communicate thoughts in an inter-divisional/inter-departmental setup.
You are skilled in independently assembling and preparing reports, materials, and storylines with a logical flow.
You have strong data and digital literacy skills and can leverage data to determine root causes and find solutions.
You have a working knowledge of Data Science techniques and applications.
Ability to drive execution and implementation of WCS (Walmart Claims Services) projects and programs by developing timelines and communication materials.
Manage the implementation of WCS (Walmart Claims Services) projects and programs to include ongoing program management.
What you’ll do…
Demonstrate up-to-date expertise and apply it to the development, execution, and improvement of programs.
Provide expert advice and guidance to others in the application of information and best practices.
Stay up to date on innovation and best practices within insurance.
Analyze dashboards and provide data-driven decisions and recommendations.
Support and align efforts to meet customer and business needs.
Build commitment for perspectives and rationales.
Build relationships and partnerships with both internal and external key stakeholders to identify business needs.
Determine and carry out necessary processes and practices, monitoring progress, and recognizing improvement opportunities.
Adapt to competing demands, organizational changes, and new responsibilities.
Address and resolve discrepancies or escalations across assigned product responsibilities.
Generate and present detailed reports on product performance, cost savings and compliance to Walmart leadership.
Model compliance with company policies and procedures and supporting the company mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity.

Live Better U is a Walmart-paid education benefit program for full-time and part-time associates in Walmart and Sam's Club facilities. The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00-$130,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
