**Position Summary...**
In the Senior Manager, New Revenue Programs position, you will be responsible for creating incremental value for customers of Walmart's growing retail electric vehicle (EV) charging network. As Walmart builds a convenient, reliable, and affordable fast-charging network, this position will focus on value creation through partnership and innovative new programs. This position reports to the Senior Manager, Business Strategy and is based in Bentonville, Arkansas.
About the Team
The Walmart Energy Transformation team is a newly reimagined group reporting to the COO of Walmart US and the Chief Sustainability Officer, focused on achieving Walmart’s regenerative energy goals. Comprised of seasoned energy veterans, the team collaborates across various Walmart departments to support decarbonization efforts. They are innovators and change agents with diverse backgrounds in utilities, banking, clean energy consulting, and more.
**What you'll do...**
+ Refine and execute partnership strategy to boost revenue for Walmart's retail charging network
+ Evaluate and deploy new programs across the charging network
+ Assess and report on financial, operational, and strategic opportunities
+ Manage and create partnerships to enhance EV customer value and network performance
+ Collaborate with internal stakeholders to launch new offerings and communicate program effectiveness
**What** **you’ll** **bring…**
+ 5+ years in program design, launch, and monitoring, preferably in energy/EV charging
+ Strong strategy and business development experience
+ Effective communicator with presentation skills; proficient in PowerPoint.
+ Data-driven, skilled in analytics (Excel, Tableau)
+ Proficient in EV charging/energy domain, customer-centric, and solutions-oriented

Live Better U is a Walmart-paid education benefit program for full-time and part-time associates in Walmart and Sam's Club facilities. The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00-$180,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
