Senior Manager, Business Support - Walmart Data Ventures
We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager to join our dynamic Revenue Operations team. In this pivotal role, you will optimize business processes and workflows across our Data Ventures teams, lead Operational support functions, and cultivate collaborative interactions among cross-functional teams to ensure continuous improvement.

Data Ventures exists to unlock the full value of Walmart’s data by developing and productizing B2B data initiatives that empower merchants and suppliers to make better, faster decisions for the business. As part of this transformation, we’re seeking entrepreneurial individuals to help drive data productization from concept to deployment.
What you'll do:
Lead operational processes that support the Data Ventures business including pre- sales and post-sales activities that ensure Business Development and Account Management teams have the data and tools needed to support clients.Manage and optimize workflows. Collaborate with internal teams to map out current workflows, make recommendations for optimization, and guide the implementation of workflows designed to scale and align with business goals.Drive automation through identifying opportunities across various functions within the revenue cycle, to reduce manual tasks and increase operational efficiency.Drive continuous Improvement, utilizing data to monitor and assess the performance of revenue operations processes. Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) and dashboards to track process efficiencies, identify trends, and drive informed decision-making.Lead a team of analysts and managers focused on operational processesWhat you'll bring:
Cross-Functional Leadership: Ability to work across teams including Product, Marketing, Business Development, and Account ManagementTeam Leadership: Proven experience in building, mentoring, and leading high-performing teams, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.Operational Problem-Solving: Ability to identify and resolve underlying issues affecting operational efficiency with analytical rigorProcess: Proven ability to design and scale processes, systems, and teams to support organizational growth. The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00-$180,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
