**Position Summary...** **What you'll do...** We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Facilities Maintenance Senior Manager to join Walmart's Manufacturing Optical Lab in Fayetteville, AR. This position requires onsite presence and does not offer remote work options. Candidates must be flexible to work outside of standard Monday – Friday / 8-5pm rotation as needed for training and/or business operational needs. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving the execution of multiple business plans and projects while promoting a culture of continuous learning and diversity awareness. You will ensure business needs are met by evaluating current plans, consulting with stakeholders, and participating in community outreach events. You will oversee facility maintenance and repair with minimal disruption, prioritizing high quality customer service and compliance with all relevant laws and regulations. To achieve financial sustainability and cost optimization, you will develop and manage budgets, approve contracts, and analyze vendor cost discrepancies. Additionally, you will ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws and regulations by implementing maintenance policies and conducting inspections.
