The USCAN Imaging FP&A Analyst will support the analysis, reporting, and planning of total Imaging USCAN financials, focusing on total orders, sales, margin analysis, planning, and fully loaded P&L analytics at the sub-modality level. Additionally, this role will support key Business Operating Mechanisms such as pacing reviews, MOR reviews, and business reporting mechanisms.
This role reports to the USCAN Imaging Finance Manager and closely partners with the USCAN FP&A team, Region Finance Managers, Product & Value Creation GMs, and Operational Leadership teams to drive robust operating mechanisms for Imaging growth and margin expansion.

Develop and maintain a fully loaded P&L model at both the business and sub-modality levels, ensuring consistency with the existing USCAN P&L structure and alignment with GEHC and overall GE reporting standards. Collaborate with the Product Finance Manager, FP&A, and global SBUs on estimates and key drivers.
Partner with Product Finance, Region Finance, and USCAN FP&A to drive product planning and reporting, analyzing key drivers such as volume, pricing, mix, investments, base cost productivity, and critical pacing metrics, including secured and product-specific risks and opportunities for the Imaging P&L.
Support planning (LTS, Budget) for the Imaging P&L and manage closing and reporting communications (quarter close, IR script, MOR reviews).
Own cost analytics (SG&A and Fixed Production Cost) and headcount for the Imaging P&Ls.
Manage the Digital P&L, including revenue, T&L audits, headcount, and costs.
Support the Product Finance Manager and Imaging Value Creation GM with P&L-specific analytics and requests.
QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration with 4+ years of financial work experience, including FP&A.
Desired CharacteristicsStrong analytic skills: Ability to clearly link financial results to operational performance drivers.
Clear thinking/problem solving: Proven track record of leading projects and process improvements within operations/finance functions; ability to quickly grasp new ideas.
Adaptable/flexible: Openness to change in response to new information, different or unexpected circumstances, and the ability to work in ambiguous situations.
Solid PC skills: Experience with financial systems/applications (e.g., Oracle, Hyperion, Business Objects), and strong Excel skills in data compilation and aggregation (e.g., Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, and Macros).
Experience working in a global business environment with a sound understanding of global processes and transactional flows.

For U.S. based positions only, the pay range for this position is $110,880.00-$166,320.00 Annual. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the pay range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience and location. In addition, this position may also be eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI).
