USCAN Lead Quality Engineer - Distribution

The USCAN Lead Quality Engineer- Distribution for Cytiva is responsible for ensuring complaint handling processes are executed to drive timely response to our customer while driving action for continuous improvement to our customer through identifying complaint reduction opportunities. This position is part of the Quality Distribution team with our location in Indianapolis, Indiana and will require to be on-site to execute quality activities. What you will do: + Lead the USCAN ( US, Canada) warehouse and logistics customer complaint cases monitoring and resolution through daily visual management, process leadership and stakeholder engagement + Support internal and customer quality audits. + Lead operational meeting to share status, escalations, and action needed to manage case resolution and timely closure of complaint cases + Develop and execute Corrective and Preventive Action plans with supplier and internal teams. Support internal deviation process linked to Logistics activities. + Lead Logistics & warehouse complaint resolution and CAPA investigations together with operations & Supplier quality, Who you are: + Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain, or a technical field with experience in manufacturing, engineering, or quality assurance. + A quality professional with a minimum of 5 years of quality related work experience that includes direct experience in quality or supplier quality management. + Operational experience from working directly with transport, transport brokerage, warehousing or logistics service providers. + Experience in developing and maintaining visual management of key performance indicators to drive cross-functional alignment of action needed and priorities. + Proactive, self-driven, results seeking, individual who enjoys driving improvement, collaborating with teams and delivering impact. Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements: Ability to travel – 10 % travel, overnight, within territory or locations + Must have a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record Join our winning team today.
