DARCARS Automotive Group is now hiring a Used Car Sales Manager!

As the Used Car Sales Manager your responsibility is to operationally manage the success of the used car department. This will be accomplished through development of sales consultants, managing third party vendor relationships and achieving monthly sales quotas.

Develop relationships with employees and customers by working directly with them to help bridge the gaps in the sales processBuild rapport with customers to establish a customer network for future referralsProvide support to sales team through training and assistance with closing salesAssist with inventory management for the sales departmentConduct trade appraisals and transfer information into the vehicle management systemTrack revenue logs, desk deals, and manage retail delivery reportsRecord performance to track turn rate according to inventory turn policyPartner with third party vendors and the service department to ensure completion of internal service repairs on used car vehicles before entering lot inventoryPrepare and administer annual forecast and budget for used car departmentAdminister and monitor factory sponsored programsAssist with New Car Sales department as needed3-5 years’ experience in the automotive industry required, preferably in sales and F&IPrevious experience partnering with wholesale vehicles and wholesaling vehicles as neededMust be able to work evenings and weekendsMust be at least eighteen years of ageMust have a valid driver’s license and clean driving recordMust be able to pass pre-employment screenings
