Contract to Hire position$40.00 to $45.00 /hourFirst Shift (Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm)Contribute to the identification of target vehicles to establish a model specific Used Car refurbishment / reconditioning program for both vehicle cosmetics and mechanical conditionsConduct hands-on research and analysis of vehicle refurbishment / reconditioning menuConduct cost / benefit analysis and recommendation of refurbishment / reconditioning menu and the projected value-add to the retail price of the Used CarCreate a vehicle refurbishment manual to standardize the approved menu – cosmetic reconditioning and mechanical reconditioning tasksRecord and track all activities and create detailed and summarized reports and documentationContribute to identify key elements (e.g., capabilities, resources) necessary to successfully commercialize the products and services including go-to-market strategiesUsed Car Refurbishment Specialist Qualifications:
Hands on experience with Used Car refurbishment / reconditioning processUnderstands the value of repairs and reconditioning of used cars to Used Car sales priceHands on experience at a Used Car operation, such as at CarMax or Carvana or similar Used Car sales environment and involved in the decision-making process to prepare a Used Car for saleKnowledge about vehicle auction process and valuation of Used Cars.Applicant may be subject to a background checkPre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment*A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
