What We Need From You- Job Duties and Requirements:
+ Manages employees of the sales department including but not limited to teaching, training, coaching and developing.
+ Ensure the sales department contributes acceptable levels of gross profits.
+ Ensure sales personnel are well trained, motivated, and available when needed.
+ Determine sales quota for sales personnel in accordance to their skill levels.
+ Establish procedures to ensure timely and proper completion of all paperwork/digital assets.
+ Maintain a showroom with a variety of vehicles displayed in a well lighted environment which draws customers.
+ Institute a feature/benefit selling methodology so that all customers receive consistent treatment when doing business.
+ Ensure vehicle delivery processes are followed.
+ Handle customer complaints reasonably, showing empathy and a positive attitude, and demonstrate our commitment to make things right.
+ Answer incoming sales calls and handle questions with proven trained responses, including outgoing phone calls
+ Greet customers, vendors, and employees as they enter the building
+ Check insurance, identification, and update systems
+ Assist customers in vehicle selection, test drives, trade assessments & more
+ Additional job responsibilities as seen necessary by the supervisor

Essential Job Functions:
+ Must have a valid driver's license
+ High school education or equivalent
+ 1-3 years working in hospitality, retail, or similar industry
+ Excellent written and oral communication skills
+ Tablet/PC/Smartphone proficiency
+ Meeting new customers and working to build a long term relationship
+ Must be able to multitask between answering phones, working with employees, and assisting customers
+ Must have the flexibility of schedule to work nights, holidays, and weekends.
