Responsibilities:
Engage with customers in our Service Department, offering purchase values and presenting trade-in options, with the goal of encouraging them to sell or trade their vehicleEnsure all customers are treated with courtesy and respect, enhancing their overall experience and satisfactionMaintain accurate daily sales and production records as required by dealership managementDevelop and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with customers, fostering repeat and referral businessStay informed on product changes, updates, and new offerings to ensure knowledgeable interactionsPerform other tasks as assigned by managementDemonstrate behaviors that align with the Company’s core values in all interactions with customers, colleagues, and vendors
Qualifications:
Minimum 1 year of automotive sales or equivalent (required)Experience with equity mining tools (e.g., Automotive Mastermind) is a plusStrong ability to work independently with a self-motivated attitudeDesire to thrive in a commission-based, performance-driven environmentHigh-energy personality with a positive, customer-focused attitudeExceptional customer service skills with a professional demeanorAbility to work effectively in a process-driven environmentHigh school diploma or equivalentValid driver’s license in the state of employment and a clean driving record
