User Acceptance Test Lead (Business Transformation)

In this role, you will be involved in the quality assurance stage of software development and deployment. The role will vary depending on project requirements as you may join a project at the initial implementation stages to assess potential risks, or be brought on to a project midway through, when testing becomes a key requirement. The role may or may not work on a single project at a time, therefore working independently is a must, along with fluidly switching from one project to another without negative impact to project timelines. The role requires self-motivation and proactivity, as well as work independently and in a team environment. 

The position will be home-based in the US with residency on the East Coast preferred.

•    Foster growth by driving and assisting in the management of the continuous improvement of the project testing process
•    Collaborate with the business and software development team to ensure testing goals are met
•    Liaise with project teams in other parts of the world
•    Troubleshoot and problem solve
•    Utilize design testing to mitigate risk and review testing output to ensure Quality Control standards have been met
•    Manage requirement level testing

What we’re looking for 

User Acceptance Test (UAT) Lead are the most successful at Labcorp with: 

Experience Requirements: 

•    Experience working with global teams
•    Experience as a tester and/or subject matter expert
•    Knowledge of Labcorp (healthcare) internal and external applications
•    Knowledge of System Lifecycle processes
•    Knowledge of Quality Assurance and System Compliance processes

Preferred Experience: 

•    Knowledge of System Lifecycle processes 
•    Knowledge of Quality Assurance and System Compliance processes  
•    Certified Scrum Product Owner or equivalent 
•    Experience working in Scrum/Kanban agile environments in a highly 
regulated industry 
•    Experience owning/leading/coordinating user test activities, including 
implementation  
•    Effectively manage timelines and dependencies while monitoring 
blockers and ensuring adequate resourcing 
•    Excellent communication and presentation skills 
•    Proficient in Jira, Jira Test Framework, Confluence, and ALM
•    Requirement management software preferred 
•    System Lifecycle Processes preferred
•    Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) preferred

Education Requirements:


•    High School Diploma; Bachelors preferred

Pay Range: $60,000 - $80,000
All job offers will be based on a candidate’s skills and prior relevant experience, applicable degrees/certifications, as well as internal equity and market data.
