User Acceptance Testing Coordinator
Description A highly detail-oriented and skilled User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Coordinator is needed to support the testing process for a Salesforce Field Service system. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software testing, including hands-on experience in preparing test scripts, managing test cases in Q-Metry, logging defects in Jira, and effectively reporting on testing processes. This role will play a critical part in ensuring the system meets business requirements and performs as intended. Requirements Key Responsibilities: + User Acceptance Testing Coordination: Collaborate with stakeholders to define the scope, objectives, and acceptance criteria for testing activities. + Test Script Development: Create comprehensive test scripts based on business requirements and use cases, ensuring full coverage of functional and non-functional aspects of the system. + Test Case Management: Load and manage test cases and scripts in Q-Metry while maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation of testing activities. + Defect Management: Log, track, and prioritize defects using Jira, working closely with development and QA teams to ensure timely resolution. + Reporting: Generate and distribute regular progress reports on testing activities, defect status, and overall test coverage. Provide actionable insights to stakeholders. + Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for all UAT activities, facilitating meetings, walkthroughs, and reviews with business users and technical teams. Qualifications: + Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. + Proven experience in software testing or UAT coordination roles. + Hands-on expertise with test management tools like Q-Metry and defect tracking systems like Jira. + Experience with Salesforce Field Service or similar CRM systems is highly preferred. + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. + Excellent written and verbal communication skills. + Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. + Software testing certifications (e.g., ISTQB, CSTE) are a plus. Preferred Skills: + Familiarity with Agile methodologies and practices. + Knowledge of the energy industry or field service operations. + Ability to interact professionally with executives, managers, and subject matter experts.
