User\nExperience Designer II for Honeywell International, Inc.\n(Atlanta, GA)
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Collaborate with other user interface designers, industrial designers, researchers, graphic designers, offering managers and engineers, to create low-fidelity to high-fidelity renderings, mockups and prototypes.
Research to define requirements and test the usability of the result.
Create visual designs in the form of user experience flows, wireframes, screen concepts and functional designs that align with Honeywell’s design language system.
Systematically and logically cluster functional and design requirements.
Product development based on humancentered approach.
Facilitate working sessions between business and engineers.
Communicate status of design deliverables in meetings and business tools (e.g. Jira).

YOU MUST HAVE:
Qualified applicants must have a Bachelor’s degree or\nforeign equivalent in Graphic Design, or a related field, and 3 years of\nexperience in related user experience engineering role. Full term of experience\nmust include: enterprise software related UX and UI design; Designing and\ndeveloping UI workflows, UI wireframes and applying design language systems for\nenterprise level cloud; digital product design; designing UX, including: personas,\nuser journeys, functional designs; designing UIs, including wireframes,\nprototyping, and visual design concepts; with multi-platform development,\nincluding responsive design; evaluative and generative user research; design\nsystems; and with UX in agile development. Up to 10% domestic and international\ntravel required.
