The Opportunity!

Reporting to the AVP of Operations Site Support and collaborating with the Operations support team and Senior Regional Leadership, the User Experience Associate will contribute to enhancing, managing, and maintaining the overall user experience. This role will focus on improving the onboarding experience, optimizing support for IT infrastructure, and managing IT change communications within the organization.  The ideal candidate will have experience with IT ticketing systems, handling IT support escalations, overseeing IT project rollouts, and a background as a Change Champion.

What you will bring to our team -

Minimum 3 years’ experience in a fast-paced office environment.

Familiarity with IT service management tools and platforms.

Solid understanding of IT systems, networks, and infrastructure best practices.

Experience managing corporate IT project rollouts and supporting user adoption of new technologies.

Knowledge in IT change management frameworks.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite:  Outlook, Excel, Word.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong organizational, presentation, and customer service abilities.

Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.

Experience with SharePoint is considered an asset.

Knowledge of the insurance industry is a plus.

A day in the life -

UX IT Support / Escalations:

Promote a positive user experience by ensuring best-in-class service during the onboarding process, confirming equipment and system access and scheduling system orientation time for new hires

Submit IT onboarding and offboarding tickets on behalf of the management team.

Escalate IT support requests as needed, ensuring timely resolution of issues and escalations for regional users.

Act as the primary point of contact for IT-related concerns and ensure all user queries are addressed effectively.

IT Infrastructure Support:

Support IT networks & infrastructure at the regional level to ensure it runs smoothly and efficiently across regional offices and to report issues to IT promptly and follow up until resolution

Work with Corporate IT teams to troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure-related issues.

Corporate IT Project Rollouts:

Assist with the planning, coordination, and implementation of corporate IT projects across the organization.

Ensure that all projects are rolled out successfully, meeting organizational goals and timelines.

IT Change Communication:

Communicate changes in IT systems, policies, and processes to all users to ensure smooth transitions.

Create and distribute clear, concise messages regarding IT updates, changes, and upgrades.

Change Champion Training:

Provide and facilitate Change Champion training to empower team members to be advocates for IT change initiatives.

Act as a resource for Change Champions, offering support as they drive adoption and awareness of new IT changes.
