Description Position Overview: We are seeking a Sr User Experience Design Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in creating intuitive, user-friendly digital experiences, an understanding of user-centered design principles, and a desire to learn about driving business outcomes. You will be responsible for supporting the design strategy for our products, learning about our business goals, assisting in user research, creating wireframes and prototypes, and working closely with our engineering and product management teams to implement designs and improve the user experience. Responsibilities: • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and stakeholders, to define product requirements and create user-centered design solutions. • Develop wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to effectively communicate design ideas and user flows. • Participate in and facilitate user research initiatives, working closely with our UX Researchers to ensure user needs and pain points are identified, documented, and translated into design solutions. • Create visually compelling and intuitive user interfaces that align with our brand and accessibility guidelines, leveraging your understanding of human psychology and design principles. • Participate in usability testing and incorporate user feedback into design iterations to optimize user experiences. • Maintain design consistency and ensure seamless interaction between all touchpoints within the customer journey. • Stay up to date with industry trends, tools, and techniques, and incorporate best practices into the design process. • Share best practices and foster a culture of design excellence through participation in design critique and• pair design. • Support UX projects on their public website and member portal Skills Ux design, Visual design, Sketch, Figma, Wireframe, User experience design, userzoom, User experience, Ux research, insurance industry knowledge, Healthcare background Top Skills Details Ux design,Visual design,Sketch,Figma,Wireframe,User experience design,userzoom,User experience,Ux research Additional Skills & Qualifications Willingness to take direction and be heads down with design tasks when necessary Experience Level Expert Leve Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $40.00/hr.
