As our commitment to UX grows we are looking for a mid-level Designer in the UX team. You will be responsible for your work and accompany your concepts throughout the development life cycle, and you are continuously broadening your horizon on design methods and technologies. You work in partnership with our extended global product teams to develop simple and intuitive user experiences for our customers and millions of users around the world.

**Responsibilities**
+ A natural collaborator and communicator: you are able to develop and present design ideas in a large team environment.
+ Prior experience working within a technical environment is a key requirement.
+ You possess strong experience and interaction design skills, as well as comprehensive knowledge of user-centered design principles.
+ You have an affinity for consistency and a keen eye for subtle details.
+ You are able to grasp and distill complex issues and translate them into clean, focused, understandable solutions.
+ You’ll work closely with Design Systems and Accessibility teams to ensure consistent and accessible design solutions.
+ You should be a self-starter, self-motivated, able to work independently, and perform multiple tasks under minimal supervision.
**Work Experience and Qualifications**
+ Good experience in User Experience Design
+ Bachelor’s Degree in Human Computer Interaction, Graphic Design, Media Arts or other relevant experience.
+ A great eye for detail, demonstrated creative and innovative problem-solving skills.
+ Experience designing UI products from conception to completion including the development process.
+ Ability to clearly communicate concepts and designs through sketches, wireframes, high fidelity comps, and prototypes.
+ Able to function both, independently and in team environment with solid collaboration skills.
+ Enthusiasm and history working in an iterative design process, motivated by group critique.
+ Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate design work to large groups and stakeholders.
+ Experience in common industry tools such Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD.
+ Experience in mobile app and component design.
+ Experience in designing for accessibility.
+ You have a portfolio that displays a spectrum of creative design solutions.
