You work in partnership with our extended global product teams to develop simple and intuitive user experiences for our customers and millions of users around the world. * Portfolio is required. **Responsibilities** + A natural collaborator and communicator: you are able to develop and present design ideas in a large team environment. + Prior experience working within a technical environment is a key requirement. + You possess strong experience and interaction design skills, as well as comprehensive knowledge of user-centered design principles. + You have an affinity for consistency and a keen eye for subtle details. + You are able to grasp and distill complex issues and translate them into clean, focused, understandable solutions. + You’ll work closely with Design Systems and Accessibility teams to ensure consistent and accessible design solutions. + You should be a self-starter, self-motivated, able to work independently, and perform multiple tasks under minimal supervision. **Work Experience and Qualifications** + Good experience in User Experience Design + Bachelor’s Degree in Human Computer Interaction, Graphic Design, Media Arts or other relevant experience. + A great eye for detail, demonstrated creative and innovative problem-solving skills. + Experience designing UI products from conception to completion including the development process. + Ability to clearly communicate concepts and designs through sketches, wireframes, high fidelity comps, and prototypes. + Able to function both, independently and in team environment with solid collaboration skills. + Enthusiasm and history working in an iterative design process, motivated by group critique. + Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate design work to large groups and stakeholders. + Experience in common industry tools such Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD. + Experience in mobile app and component design. + Experience in designing for accessibility. + You have a portfolio that displays a spectrum of creative design solutions. ​ **Bring out your best** SAP innovations help more than four hundred thousand customers worldwide work together more efficiently and use business insight more effectively.
