User Experience Designer :

- Work on design initiatives for Private Banking and Wealth Management digital applications
- Create and implement digital money movement tools for private banking applications
- Develop low, mid, and high fidelity designs using Figma
- Gather and translate requirements from various stakeholders including business sponsors, subject matter experts (SMEs), users, and business analysts
- Create and maintain design documentation and specifications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent user experience

Required Qualifications (Skills, Experience, Education, Certifications) :

- Experience with Figma and related UX/UI design tools
- Experience in creating low, mid, and high fidelity designs for complex financial applications
- Requirements gathering and analysis skills with ability to translate business needs into effective design solutions
- Portfolio demonstrating successful UX/UI projects, particularly in financial services or similar complex domains
- Knowledge of Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) and accessibility standards
- Proven understanding of user-centered design (UCD) principles and techniques, with demonstrated ability to incorporate these into user interface architecture and design
