Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic, creative, and results-driven User Experience (UX) Developer and Design Architect to join our unit, User Assistance – Content, Services, Infrastructure (UA CSI). If you are passionate about bringing a harmonized and delightful user experience to our customers and internal stakeholders, and can work across technologies and teams, we would love to hear from you.

The Role:

Product Vision, Roadmap, and Delivery

As a UX Developer and Design Architect, you will take charge of creating a holistic and enjoyable user experience for both our internal stakeholders—who rely on tools to deliver and manage user assistance content—and our customers who consume it through tools such as the SAP Help Portal.

You will be a strong advocate for user experience within the unit as well as the user assistance community within SAP and collect and prioritize requirements regarding UX from this community. Together with the various teams in our unit, you manage these requirements and prioritize them, always with a focus on what our users across SAP need and expect.

· Collaborate with product managers, developers, designers, and other stakeholders to understand our users’ needs as well as the project’s goals and constraints.

· Ensure consistency and adherence to UX best practices across all digital touchpoints.

· Develop wireframes, interactive prototypes, and information architecture to create intuitive interfaces and user flows.

· Work with development and other designers to ensure the implementation of information architecture and user flows.

· Conduct usability testing and implement feedback to improve user navigation.

· Ensure products go beyond the minimal accessible standards and are inclusive for all users.

Communication and Stakeholder Management

You ensure timely communication with all target audiences, using the appropriate communication assets and seek support from our internal community engagement team if necessary. You work in close collaboration with other teams within our unit as well as other key stakeholders and liaise

closely with colleagues working on various customer engagement activities. You to drive new topics, interact with peers and executives, and are a strong advocate for customer needs.

What you bring:

· Advanced degree in UX development and design, or a related field.

· Minimum of 5 years’ experience in UX design and User Interaction design - Please share with us a link to your portfolio in your CV

· Design Thinking Coach Certificate.

· Visual Design experience.

· Understanding of product lifecycle management and agile methodologies.

· Professional experience with Adobe Products (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Audition) would be desirable.

· Working knowledge of Figma would be desirable.

· Experience in graphic (static, interactive, and animated) and video production would be a bonus.

· Experience with SAP products and tools is beneficial.

The User Assistance – Content, Services, Infrastructure unit at SAP is responsible for providing the end-to-end infrastructure to all user assistance developers at SAP. We not only own and maintain the technical infrastructure, but also ensure our community is enabled to use this to provide the best possible user assistance content to our customers.
