What you`ll do

We are looking for a highly motivated User Experience Designer who is passionate about translating complex problems into simple, intuitive solutions and likes to take the initiative. The ideal candidate has excellent interaction design skills and strives to truly understand our user’s needs, while collaborating with co-designers in an open-minded and candid work environment. 

As a User Experience Designer, you will…

 

Work on UX concepts and designs in close collaboration and alignment with other Designers, Product Management, User Assistance and Engineering. Be responsible for the UI throughout the development lifecycle, as well as continuously broadening your horizon on design methodologies, technologies, and upcoming trends. Contribute to strategic thinking, exploratory user research, concept testing, user journey maps, storyboards, low-to-high fidelity prototyping, hypothesis testing, usability studies and experimentation as needed to define the functionality of a product. Communicate your ideas to a range of stakeholders and audiences through presentation and storytelling. Contribute to the team with a strong fundamental design background that exhibits thought leadership in one or more design areas.


What you bring

 

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Interaction Design, Product Design, User Experience Design or other related fields 2-3 years of work experience in product design for enterprise software solutions Proficient in industry-standard design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, etc. Strong portfolio in innovative design work that demonstrates proficiency in interaction and visual design Ability to articulate rationale of design and research decision making in a clear and logical manner via conversations or presentations Proven ability to interact and coordinate with teams in multi-site international locations Fluency both written and spoken in English; Fluent German language skills are beneficial
