The User Experience Designer-I will play a crucial role in shaping the user experience and design of our products. You will take ownership of a part of the product and the overall design process, demonstrating your expertise in UX design and your ability to work independently. You must be okay with coming up with several ideas and failing fast. You will be located in Bangalore 

In this role, you will do: 

Take ownership of a specific part of the product and contribute to the overall design process. 

Conduct thorough UX research to gather insights, validate ideas, and experiment with different design approaches. 

Collaborate closely with product managers, engineering teams, and other stakeholders throughout the design process to deliver exceptional user experiences. 

Establish and maintain UX guidelines and design systems to ensure consistency and scalability across the product. 

Effectively communicate design concepts and rationale to stakeholders, actively incorporating feedback to iterate and improve designs. 

Create scalable ways to regularly integrate new features into the product.
