Position Summary

An UX Designer II is a member of our Precision digital team dedicated to our Account Solutions AccessGenius implementations. AccessGenius is our best-in-class market access pull-through solutions for our biopharmaceutical clients. The products include interactive platforms and tools to optimize their sales and marketing strategies. You will build your expertise in a variety of areas including UX design, project management, organization, communication, critical thinking, and biopharmaceutical commercialization.

 Essential functions of the job include but are not limited to:

High level of proficiency in both writing and speaking the English language Collaborate with mentors and leadership to understand “why” and “how” to best initiate and manage creative design projects to facilitate learning and career growth Collaborate with Account Solutions team members to understand project requirements Design content for digital sale presentations, email and print in support of Precisions market access pull through product offerings Use current and future design trends while adhering to fundamental design principles, keeping up with the latest software and computer technologies Design layouts incorporating text, iconography, images, etc., to help deliver a desired message Responsible for modifying existing designs proofing and revisions Responsible for project plan development and execution. Communicate with team members on project accomplishments, risks and mitigation plans to keep project deliver on track Provide input and design support to Account Solutions team marketing and training activities Present and articulate design concepts to internal clients Leverage Adobe Creative Suite – (InDesign, Photoshop, XD, Illustrator), Figma, html, Sketch to create designs Work independently to create finished projects for Medical, Legal, Regulatory review, application development, and integration into sales presentations Maintain quality of work, looking for ways to drive improvements while working quickly and efficiently, while delivering a great end product Strong collaboration skills, with ability to communicate ideas and concepts Develop understanding of manage market and payer data to improve client engagement and project management capabilities Report status, concerns, and risks for client deliverables including applications, reports, and data files. Assist with training and consultation of partner team members specific to quality standards, processes and best practices. Mentor team members and provide audit support for members of the Delivery Enablement team.

Qualifications:
Required:

Bachelor’s degree in UX or Creative Design 3-6 years experience (prior internship or equivalent experience)

Other required:

Availability to work Eastern Standard Time and potentially outside the company’s standard hours of operation when necessary Internet connection that will support working on large files, video and audio calls Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Sketch Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook Ability to travel up to 5%

 Preferred:

Adobe Creative Suite experience and MS Office, Project Management Software Project Coordination experience Proficient with basic html for design files
