Are you someone who has experience in:

To build and maintain relationships for the purposes of reciprocally managing expectations, sharing knowledge, diverse insights and motivates the User Experience resources to ensure the User Experience ecosystem throughout the group operates effectively

Key Responsibilities:

Control expenditure and identify process improvements to contain and reduce costsPlan and measure the overall workflow of the studio design team and ensure all deadlines are metEnsure a consistent user experience across the FirstRand sites with the help of defined usability standards and additional resources availableDisplay and encourage an appreciation of teamwork and inclusivityDevelop, encourage and nurture collaborative relationships across area of specialisationManage team performance in achievement of business objectivesCompile reports that track progress and guide business to make informed decisionsEnsure development and continuous value add improvement to operational processesManages risks in own area of responsibilityDeliver customer experience excellence in own service delivery aligned to Organisational values and service standardsBuild working relationships across teams and functional lines to enhance work delivery, collaboration and innovation

Able to work independentlySelf starter and able to build relationshipsHave over 5 years experience in a similar roleManagerial experience
