As a User Experience Researcher of the Product Research Center (PRC) and Consumer Care Experience (CCE) team on the Philips Oral Healthcare (OHC) business, you will have the opportunity to represent the voice of the consumer in all phases of product development on projects which span across digital, consumer electronic medical devices, and service experiences.
Your role:
Developing the overall user research plans for value proposition and/or product development projects, including formative, iterative, summative, validation, and claim substantiation studiesIndependently plan, design, execute, analyze, synthesize, and report studies using both qualitative and quantitative methodologies for both tactical and strategic research – this may include IRB-approved clinical classified studies investigating user experience, as well as more traditional consumer and market researchThoroughly understand the user experience and usability of relevant Philips and competitor products, to guide the project teams in decision making, based on user experienceYou’re the right fit if
You possess 5+ years’ experience in user experience or product researchBachelor’s or master’s degree in the following fields: Usability, Human Factors; Ergonomics; Psychology; Behavioral Sciences; Sensory Science; Industrial Design; Interaction Design; Human Computer Interaction; Engineering and/or Dentistry, amended with relevant education or experience in consumer and/or user researchYour skills include app development, medical device development, and/or clinical research; with GCP (Good Clinical Practice) and GDP (Good Documentation Practice) a strong plusYou must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this positionDemonstration of solid research skills from planning to reporting, including survey design and the moderation of in-person qualitative researchHow we work together

Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. The pay range for this position in Bothell, WA is $104,000 – $177,000.
The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.
