Job Purpose/Mission/Summary

The User Experience (UX) team drives innovation through empathy, creative ideation, and cross-functional collaboration. As a UX designer, you will work within a global team to drive creative design solutions by understanding user needs, establishing usability requirements, conducting user research and validation, and communicating design recommendations to stakeholders.

Key Roles and Responsibilities: Conduct user research to understand user behaviors, needs, and pain points and to gather actionable insights. Translate research findings into use cases, scenarios, or user requirements to guide design decisions and align with business goals. Create detailed designs, including wireframes, prototypes, and design documentations, to effectively communicate design concepts and interactions. Communicate design concepts, research findings, and project updates effectively to stakeholders. Manage user and stakeholder feedback and incorporate them into the design process while maintaining the integrity of user-centered design principles. Establish strong relationships with stakeholders across different departments to understand their requirements and expectations. Collaborate with designers, product owners, project managers, developers, and other stakeholders to generate innovative and creative solutions and align project goals, priorities, and schedules. Provide guidance and mentorship to other members of the UX team, creating a community of learning and fostering team growth and development. Key Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering or a related field is preferred but other degrees will be considered. Strong interest in the field of User Experience and Human Computer interaction. Experience working with design tools like Figma, Adobe XD and Axure RP. Experience in conducting user research and usability testing is an advantage. Ability to think creatively and outside the box. Attention to detail and ability to multi-task. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Passion for solving problems and continuous improvement.
