Description We are offering a contract employment opportunity for a User Experience (UX) Designer . This role is within the tech industry, focusing on creating user-friendly and intuitive applications. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and prototyping, enhancing user experience, technical implementation and documentation & collaboration. Responsibilities: • Design and develop high-fidelity prototypes and wireframes using tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud and Adobe XD for both desktop and mobile interfaces. • Develop intuitive interfaces for real-time video monitoring and security alert systems, optimizing for performance under high-load conditions. • Conduct user research and usability testing, creating interfaces optimized for both normal operations and emergency scenarios. • Create and maintain a design system to ensure consistency across iOS, Android, and desktop platforms. • Collaborate with security experts to understand operational requirements, working with stakeholders to define and prioritize UX improvements. • Handle technical implementation, ensuring the feasibility of designs and creating responsive designs that adapt to different screen sizes and orientations. • Design effective alert hierarchies and notification systems, linking them to the appropriate pages of the apps. • Implement platform-specific design patterns for iOS and Android, optimizing video player interfaces for various bandwidth conditions. • Create detailed design specifications and documentation, maintaining and updating design guidelines for the platform. • Present design solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring a seamless workflow for security personnel managing multiple video feeds and alerts. Requirements • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe XD • Experience with Android Development • Knowledge of AB Testing methods and tools • Familiarity with Agile Scrum methodology • Ability to contribute to Brand Awareness strategies • Strong skills in CSS • Experience in the Digital industry • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment • Excellent communication and collaboration skills • A keen eye for detail and a strong sense of aesthetics • Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science or related field, or equivalent work experience • Portfolio of UX-focused work samples for web and mobile applications Innovation starts with people.® Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
