Be an integral part of a product team within the Chief Data and Analytics Office, where we constantly push the envelope to enhance, build, and deliver top-notch technology products. Our team is responsible for developing enterprise-scale, cutting-edge platforms for Data Analytics and AI/ML Operations, utilized firm-wide and by our clients for Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning development and Data Management.
As a Product Manager in The Chief Data and Analytics Office, you are an integral part of the team that innovates new product offerings and leads the end-to-end product life cycle. As a core leader, you are responsible for acting as the voice of the customer and developing profitable products that provide customer value. Utilizing your deep understanding of how to get a product off the ground, you guide the successful launch of products, gather crucial feedback, and ensure top-tier client experiences. With a strong commitment to scalability, resiliency, and stability, you collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products that exceed customer expectations.
Job responsibilities
+ Develops a product strategy and product vision that delivers value to customers
+ Manages discovery efforts and market research to uncover customer solutions and integrate them into the product roadmap
+ Owns, maintains, and develops a product backlog that enables development to support the overall strategic roadmap and value proposition
+ Builds the framework and tracks the product's key success metrics such as cost, feature and functionality, risk posture, and reliability
+ Manages all aspects of the product development process, including defining product requirements, overseeing implementation, and ensuring product adoption across AI/ML development and Data Management.
+ Contributes to the product strategy framework to guide design and technology decisions.
+ Develops and maintains a product roadmap that considers both features and infrastructure requirements.
+ Documents and maintains clear product requirements to guide design, technical, and marketing teams in building, launching, and marketing products.
+ Partners closely with user experience and technology leads to provide guidance and validate their solutions.
+ Defines success metrics and continually evaluate these to improve the product.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
+ 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area
+ Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics
+ Proven ability to lead product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management
+ Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Communication, or a related field.
+ Design background or experience in building a design-led, highly respected customer website or web application.
+ Proven ability to interact with senior business and technology executives.
+ Familiarity with technical concepts, web technologies, and a strong passion for design.
+ Excellent business presentation, writing, and verbal communication skills.
+ Strong facilitation, design thinking, and influencing skills
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
+ Demonstrated prior experience working in a highly matrixed, complex organization
+ Demonstrated ability to quickly acquire domain knowledge to best understand user requirements.
+ Familiarity with web standards, accessibility, and contemporary web design trends.
+ Relevant certifications in product management, user experience, and AI/ML are highly desirable.
