User Onboarding Program Owner & System Architect

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our team as the User Onboarding Program Owner & System Architect. In this role, you will spearhead the design, development, and implementation of our product onboarding process, with a specific focus on enhancing user engagement, retention and satisfaction. As the primary architect and owner of the program, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and deliver a superior onboarding experience for our users.

What You Will Do:

Lead the design and architecture of our product onboarding process, with a strong emphasis on enhancing user retention, engagement and satisfaction. Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including product management, engineering, sales, and customer success teams, to gather requirements and align onboarding strategies with business objectives. Develop and maintain a comprehensive onboarding program roadmap, outlining key deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements. Serve as the primary point of contact and initiator for product onboarding initiatives, managing communication and coordination between internal teams and platforms. Define and implement best practices, standards, and methodologies for product onboarding, ensuring consistency and scalability across all implementations. Drive continuous improvement and optimization of the onboarding process through data analysis, feedback collection, and iterative refinement. Provide technical expertise and guidance to implement the successful integration of our platforms and workflows. Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices related to product onboarding, system architecture, and user engagement.

 

What You Will Need: 

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred. Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong background in system architecture, program management, and product onboarding. Extensive knowledge of software development methodologies, system integration, and cloud-based technologies. Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies, with experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives from conception to delivery. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail and a results-oriented mindset. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities and requirements.
