Job Description:
· Prepare the plan, goals and performance indicators of the unit in coordination with the manager. Relevant
· Developing and improving user affairs work processes
· Developing plans for attracting, maintaining and developing users
· Designing and operationalizing a system for dealing with user complaints in line with providing Desirable services
· Performance monitoring and improvement Experts
· The ability to analyze problems and issues and take care to solve them
· Cooperation with other units to achieve results
· Presenting daily, weekly reports and Monthly reports on the performance of the user affairs team and their analysis
· The ability to make the right decision in critical situations and respond correctly to colleagues
Requirements:
· At least three years of related supervisory experience
· Having at least Bachelor's degree (preferably in industries and management fields)
· Having strong leadership and communication skills and raising motivation and teamwork in the team
· Ability to multitask and maintain calm especially in busy time
· having interpersonal skills, problem solving, oral and written communication and conflict resolution skills
· ability to analyze data and work with Excel and other Microsoft software in Advanced limit
