The Client Service, Experience, and Development Team (CSXD) at J.P. Morgan's U.S. Private Bank is committed to delivering exceptional experiences to prospects, clients, and employees. As a Management Associate , you will work directly with the Head of CSXD to support the development, organization, and execution of strategic and tactical initiatives. In this role, you will work with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to address key business priorities and drive continuous improvement. You will ensure the seamless execution of daily business activities, contribute to materials for key business reviews and presentations to senior leaders, and proactively identify technology solutions to enhance team efficiency. **Job Responsibilities** + Support strategic business improvement efforts. + Execute large-scale projects across the business as needed. + Collaborate with the CSXD leadership team on initiatives and reporting. + Prepare presentation materials for senior management forums. + Assist in organizing agendas, workshops, town halls, and other events. **Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills** + Bachelor's degree with a minimum overall GPA of 3.2. + Motivated and proactive mindset. + Excellent written and verbal communication skills. + High attention to detail. + Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously. + Flexibility to work both independently and as part of a team. + Superior multi-tasking and organizational skills. + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. + Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel. **Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills** + Experience with Python.
