Responsible for designing and delivering high performing clinical-related learning programs and solutions which is aligned with the business needs.
Collaborate with stakeholders to develop a capability building strategy based on skills identified as necessary to achieve overall organization goals
Handle curriculum and content development, module designing, evaluating training feedback, and providing recommendations to further enhance the effectiveness of trainings
Design training aids like activities, role plays, case studies, etc. in order to make the training session more lively and interactive
Responsible for end to end training management and delivery
Oversee the NCLEX review program of the company and the USRN license activation and renewal, clinical continuing education of nurses, local license renewal management, and US healthcare management system deployment
Build capability of Trainers through training and certification
