As a Team Manager, you will set the path to success by managing performance and service quality to guarantee customer satisfaction. You are also expected to:
Establish and maintain communication with clients and/or team members; understand their needs, resolve issues, and meet expectationsProduce solid and effective strategies based on accurate and meaningful data reports and analysis and/or keen observations that would impact the bottom lineIdentify the training needs that will equip the staff with fundamental skills and knowledgeHave a thorough understanding of the various system tools and operational procedures utilized within the programCollaborate with stakeholders on a regular basis for changes in promotions and updatesConduct all defined and required process compliance and adherence to all team members, partners, and third-party providers QualificationsOur most successful candidates will have:
Active USRN Licensea 2-year significant clinical experience (to align with URAC and NCQA standards)URAC (Utilization Review Accreditation Commission) and NCQA (National Committee for Quality Assurance)1 year of leadership experience in Utilization ManagementPreferably has experience in doing Medical Claims Review or Appeals & Grievance lineDemonstration of language proficiency (a profile with IELTS is ideal)Be able to efficiently manage time and keep track of multiple schedules, meetings, and initiativesHave strong verbal and written communication skills; be able to communicate in a clear, constructive, and professional manner (a profile with IELTS is ideal)Computer Literate with average typing speedAdditional InformationAll your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
