USVI Operator will be responsible for carrying out a variety of activities related to quality control, maintenance, and operation of equipment and vehicles used for aircraft refueling. This role is crucial to ensuring the safe and efficient operation of refueling activities at the airport.

Responsibilities:

Perform daily and weekly inspections of fixed equipment and vehicles. Prepare refueling vehicles, ensuring all necessary accessories and equipment are ready for operations. Drive refueling vehicles to and from the apron, delivering fuel to aircraft according to instructions. Register delivery tickets into the information system and perform related administrative tasks. Receive and load tank trucks, ensuring day tank alignment with the Loading Rack and monitoring inventory levels. Conduct daily aviation product quality control, tank drainage, and record the results. Assist drivers with depot access and exit, and support in tank truck loading/offloading when necessary. Perform tank dipping for daily, ten-day, and month-end inventory and product transfers. Assist in vessel receipt operations, including tank dips and sampling. Run Flash Point and abbreviated tests before discharge, and conduct FP and API tests during pumping. Align pipelines during receipt operations. Perform API tests on aviation products during transfers, especially in the absence of the quality control officer. Assist in meter calibrations and aviation equipment testing. Support security efforts, particularly during non-office hours. Act as a first responder in case of emergencies (e.g., spills, fires). Attend to visitors when the intended contact person is unavailable (via radio). Carry out daily inspection and maintenance routines. Conduct monthly inventory of packaged goods. Perform any other tasks assigned by management.

Requirements:

High School Diploma or GED equivalent. Ability to speak, read, and write in English. Valid driver’s license.
