Our client, a leader in the Additive Manufacturing industry, is seeking an Additive Manufacturing Production Technician to join their team. As a Production Technician, you will be part of the Additive Design and Manufacturing team supporting innovative production processes. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively, which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Additive Manufacturing Production Technician
**Location:** Monroe, NC
**Pay Range:** $27.50 per hour
**What's the Job?**
+ Set up, operate, clean, and maintain additive manufacturing and post-processing equipment to ensure optimal performance.
+ Manage product flow through all stages of additive manufacturing and post-processing while maintaining efficiency and quality.
+ Conduct preventative maintenance and troubleshoot facility and equipment issues to minimize downtime.
+ Execute Manufacturing Execution System tasks, ensuring accurate product tracking and data entry.
+ Participate in risk reduction and improvement projects to enhance production capabilities and efficiency.
**What's Needed?**
+ Typically requires an AA/AS degree and minimum 2 years of relevant experience or a University Degree in a related field.
+ 2+ years experience in a facilities, maintenance, or production manufacturing environment.
+ Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
+ Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and stand for extended periods of time.
+ Experience with precision equipment operation and manual dexterity for various tasks.
